Yes, we provide detailed installation manuals and remote support. For complex systems, on-site commissioning is available as an optional service. The standard warranty period is 18 months for the entire system.
How Much Is The Mold Cost For Customizing A Glass Bottle?
The mold should be made according to the quantity of your order, and also the type of machine used should be considered. Generally speaking, a set of molds costs 250 USD, and 3 sets of molds can cope with most situations.
How Long Does It Take To Complete Production? (Custom Design a Bottle)?
It is expected to take 50 to 60 days from finalizing the drawings to completing production.
What Is The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ for customized glass containers is 50,000 pieces, if its weight is less than 30g, the MOQ is 500,000 pieces.
Can I Order Custom Bottle Samples?
We can make samples, but you need to pay 2000 USD. It is not recommended to make customized samples unless ordering large quantities of glass bottles is confirmed.
